paranoid maybe.  Violent no.  That's for all then northern cities like Chicago. 


the south still works on the MAD principle just on a smaller scale.

Its the reverse for cities though.  Only Memphis and two bama cities are southern.  Everything else is northern, Midwest, or west coast.
