Some find the Redux to long and boring, I think it adds to the journey of the characters.

I love 90% of the stuff they added to the Redux, but then there's f*cking endless plantation scene that just stops the movie dead in its tracks right when it's building to the surrealness of the last act.

I really wish I could edit my own version that took that bit out.

I don't mind the plantation scene. It adds some contrast to the cruel outdoors.
