Press on profile, go over to modify profile and then scroll your mouse cursor down to forum profile and click on it.
Scroll down to the "change signature" text box and put in a link to the signature with a img with [] around it at the begging of the link (without any spacing) and at the very end with a /img with the [] around it (without spacing).
for example:

(this is where the thing img thing goes)http://images.wikia.com/warhammer40k/images/d/dc/Necron_activity.jpg (this is where the image thing goes)

You put the [] around the img part, not the whole link. You also have to put a / before the img at the end of the link.
