The Return of Sherlock Holmes S1 E8 "The Sign of Four"
Not bad for the first feature length episode the show has done, and overall a solid adaptation of the novella. Them changing the ending was a bit irritating, though, but I suppose they didn't want to have to hire on a new regular by marrying off Watson.
