Currently rewatching Lost. Such a great show. I was so young when I started this the first time that I've forgotten quite a bit.

Also, the premiere of Yellowstone. Created by Taylor Sheridan (writer of Sicario, Hell or High Water, and Wind River) and starring Kevin Costner. It was pretty solid, I'm hooked so far.

John Adams Part 1 "Join or Die"

Overall excellent, even if it goes way overboard depicting Samuel Adams and John Hancock as vile thugs. The treatment of the Boston Massacre is the highlight of the episode, IMO.

The further this gets away from the well known Revolutionary stuff, the better it gets IMO. And hey, Micro and Shitty Moriarty showed up in the same episode.

Sharp Objects: Episode 1.

First episode in this new miniseries from the director of Big Little Lies (fantastic, btw) and based on the novel by Gillian Flynn (who wrote Gone Girl), she also does writing for the series. Amy Adams portrays an emotionally and physically scarred reporter who returns to her hometown to investigate the murders of two young girls. She has to deal with her issues she had as a child as well as try to deal with her overbearing mother. Adams does fantastic work here. The show is a slow burn and it's very dark. The direction and cinematography is top notch as well. I'm very excited for the rest of the season to fold out. HBO looks like it will definitely have some more Emmy space it'll need to add come next year.
