Doctor Who: "An Unearthly Child"
Was great to watch the episode that started it all. As I viewed it, I was trying to put myself in the place of the British people seeing this for the first time, with no idea they were watching television history being made. I got a peculiar feeling when that theme song started up, and a chill went down my spine when that good ol' Blue Box was first shown. As for the episode itself, it was good setup for the serial to follow, and leaves me wanting to watch more. The writing was good and the acting warn't too shabby (although there were a few awkward moments). I'm loving William Hartnell as the Doctor. This cantankerous old asshole is so much different from the Doctors I know, and it's fantastic.
