For best animated movie, I would say Up or Eva 1.0 takes it while Coraline is the runner up. While I know 1.0 is a 2007 movie, but most people did not see it until 2009 in the USA.

I thinked that the third Underworld was from 2008. Since it's from 2009, I added it to my choices.

You may have liked the movie, but those nominations are totally undeserved. There was a shitload of movies better in terms of directing and acting last year..

Consider that I unfortunately have not seen Films like Star Trek, Inglorious Basterds, and stuff.
Plus, seeing that all of the others' nomination is Blomkamp/Cameron, I gave Tatopoulos 'n his staff a chance ;D

I really wanted to see them at the Cinema, but unfortunately I hadn't the chance. I was lucky to see Avatar and District 9.
I'm waiting for a Blockbuster near me to have them, because I usually see the movie first on rent. Then, if I like it, I buy the DvD.
This because I didn't wait wait to see AvP2 on rent before actually buying the DvD. I was sure that it would be a good film, but it came out to be a big letdown. I don't really want to repeat the experience.
