Also I think they leaked lots of videos without permission.

Max texture quality for demo or beta version that was lately played was normal, no high, 16msaa.
LOL, I hope there will be high xD. It should good ok on high.

BTW that last preview you posted Ikarop, looks like some 18- kid wrote that...
"Traditionally, the first moments we are living in darkness without seeing the opponents for a good few minutes. Ta sekwencja ma służyć budowaniu napięcia, ale szczerze mówiąc, dla mnie zabawa zaczęła się dopiero, kiedy po raz pierwszy położyłem ręce na karabinku plazmowym. This sequence is intended to build tension, but honestly, for me fun only started when the first time I laid hands on a plasma rifle."
I mean, looks like he doesnt like horror games.

Also he says aliens arent fast, in alien 3 they werent faster than human... only a bit faster.

I might be bitching :D. I'll stop. Man has right to write a review. Good review anyway...

Another report at IGN.

Corporate Merc

Hmm nice find, nothing really new but he did mention a few kill animations I have'nt seen. Like the pred crushing a dudes head into a pulp (gotta see that), and twisting the person's head all the way around (awsomee).

Priceless.

They do make a good point on the flashlight and aliens and preds collectibles.

Personally, I'd much prefer the image intensifier.

Yeah tru, the audio logs put a little more story or back story into it but the royal jelly and trophy belts......not so much. I guess for the total completionists who like to search for things is alright.

Why not both? The night vision in AvP2 was useless.
It can be something hard to find but when you have it - quite useful.

I think they had to wrestle with the fact that the way they have it now, is the exact orientation the marines had theirs in Aliens.

Might also have to do with they really like the fact that it doesn't help much.  At least thats what it has sounded like to me in interviews with them and such.

Heres the problem with the flashlight/shoulder lamp... Since Rebellion has slightly changed/modified the weapons, dont you think by that time period the USCM would have flashlights with longer battery life? And in Aliens, their lights never really ran outa power. Think about Drake and Vasquez's shoulder lamps, they never went dead. The dude at ign said this gets frustrating. We'll see i guess.

From the IGN article:

"Number 6, the Alien, on the other hand, must find and shatter vials of Royal Jelly the humans are supposedly putting to their own twisted ends. Riiiight. Granted, it never really makes sense to analyse these things, but they jumped out at us as particularly silly."

To which I reply: You're f**king silly IGN!

"Thy Facehuggers Shall Suck"
Not so easy to hit huh? Damn Rebellion for making a fictional story realistic.

Did I mention I can care less for IGN lately...?

I've got a couple questions for Hicks I forgot to make:

1.- Is there a walking feature?

2.- Light wrist-blades attacks decloack the predator?.

Thanks in advance.

I didn't like it.
Since the game was pretty much pitch black the whole time, I spent the whole game in night vision.

i think in the new game when your the Alien and you enter darkness it light's up alittle so you can see (wich i prefer than playing the hole game in inverted colours.
