Doesn't make any difference. You don't have to be black to be gangster, the mafia was around before american gangs were around and you know what color they were? WHITE! No way!  

But yes, to answer your question I am white. I don';t act like i'm black, or mexican, I act like myself. I do use slang terms like "bro", "dude", "skitz", etc.... I did go through a gangster stage in grade 9, but I grew out of that. Now I just use some slang, but who doesn't?
