Good luck with that, last time I smoked a cigarette was 2 months ago, as for weed probably the same.
Never had any trouble with quitting smoking, but I didn't stop smoking weed, I just smoke a joint whenever I get the chance

I think everyone smoked a johnny atleast once in their lifetime. My drug use ended with boxing, and now my condition was getting worse and worse and the training didnt do anything so i had to quit.

Its no personal choice, i just had to.
