Its hard for me to decide but if i did have to choose one it would be Predator ,as that film really got me into the franchise plus i prefer the Predator to the Alien,i really like the Predator trilogy as a whole and Alien and Aliens are both fantastic films too.

Voted Predator. It was the beginning of my favorite movie species, and Kevin Peter Hall did such an amazing job as the Predator.

That's one of the scenes that really turn me off. Cool and campy - sure! But other than that, no. Too much cheese for me. Doesn't fit the Alien universe I like.

And while I am more of an Alien fan, I think it depends which genre of movies you prefer. Action fans tend to like Predator more, horror fans tend to like Alien more.
