The arm shield made out of an Alien's head on 3rd to last page is directly taken from AvP.And although I've heard it said that Prometheus totally ignores AvP I noticed a subtle reference to AvP in the Weyland corporate timeline: "1990: Peter Weyland is born in Mumbai, India to an Oxford-educated Professor of Comparative Mythology and a self-taught engineer." That self taught engineer being Charles Bishop Weyland.
