In the next one I want to see more Aliens, not based off Aliens but could you imagine having to evade a bunch of these things at the same time with the same AI as the first one . They should have it start off as one but let's say the more close encounters and noise you make, it'll draw more Aliens near. They come and go as they please, completely random, you have to carefully plan your next step to excruciatingly detail, having to evade 5 or 6 of them at the same time, that would be sick!!! Also they should do more Alien like things, crawl on walls and ceilings, jump around, and even lure you out! They hunt you but more so than just stomping down the halls and sniffing lockers but they try to draw you in. Of course no one is stupid enough to investigate a strange noise they heard like the horror movies but if the game gave you that option, it should be a 50/50 encounter. It should be done in a realistic way, having the Aliens plan and coordinate their attacks. Of course don't make it overly hard but make the Alien more Alien like than it already was
