Extended mouth on the right of the first is overkill. Love it. I prefer your older head though, feels more menacing. The star mouth perhaps can be inside that tentacled chest? Like what was supposed to be Destroyah's second mouth?

Horn feels more complete now thanks to the new details. I like how you implemented the bioluminescent spots in there.
Regarding the names... they're all headache inducing solely by reading them. I would like something simple yet creepy, along the lines of Cthulhu for one. That said, of the names the one I like the best is "Krhashathaqu". I'd personally remove the "qu". "Krhashatha" really fits Sylizar IMHO.

For the body question, that would be the final stage. And the names, I agree, I know they are overly long, but one of the reasons I did it, is because they could be titles when translated, but I agree, that one short name might fit the bill.

Now my only project, is combining all these details into a "final" concept.

You intended something like Orga's multi mouth? Very cool. Although I prefer a classic Jaw mouth like the one it had before, but w/e.

Not like Orga's per se, but something similar-ish I suppose. But the beauty of it all? When he closes those, it fuses together, and creates his normal jaw.

I suppose next, I should do the new full body, but I don't know if I should.
