I'm really surprised on how tight lipped this film has been... VERY few teasers and leaks compared to Prometheus.

But a lot of the fun and anticipation I'm feeling for the film is due to just that!!! Once the trailer debuts, I'll be done digging for any sort of spoilers. Did the same thing with Prometheus and I was happy I did... Made the film amazing when I was sitting in the theaters at 12:01am opening night!!! (Just like I'll be doing at 12:01am May 19th)

Looks like a prometheus still that never got published or so it seems. Ive never owned any of the making of books, but it could be in one of those but i can't confirm.

Yes but in the article at scified it seems the OP is asking if the being in the background is the same as we see in Alien. As in 15 foot tall gaping mouth legs too short etc etc.

It was released via official Fox social media platforms with the #AlienCovenant hashtag. The blue lighting also matches that of an earlier leaked photograph from the Covenant set.

Begs to wonder why they would retred that scene?Im not sold on the assumption, just thought they could as well post damn near anything from Prometheus and call it A:C if thats any resolution. There's nothing in these new pictures that show us that it is of new content or relevant to AC.

I'm afraid that's not an official account, Effectz. I do think they're alluding to Assassin's Creed's release date anyway which is what I expect the trailer to be attached to the cinema. Though I will be happy if we get it earlier with Rogue One.
