Can you give any reccomendations for a free online gif/jpeg maker? Ive tried using both GIF. and JPEG and both formats dont show up properly(get the red x). The image is very small though Im not sure what the size limit is here. I dont think the website i found lets me reduce the pics smallere than 75% or something. Do i need to go a subscription image hosting site in order to put in an avatar in profile?
