Ok with all the trailers now out and the fact ive not seen this mentioned much I pose the question.
How do they communicate?

Telepathy, vocal (that only David understands) pheremones/ smell or something else.

My money is on telepathy/ complex vocal only David can understand.

I vote for telepathy, vocal. That signal what we have heard in Alien, that warning. Which rises another question, who send that warning.
