I'm not familiar with StarCraft, so I won't vote.
Though out of the two remaining universes, I prefer Diablo.

warcraft is way good, starcraft i never played but it is to much a copy of warhammer (several ppl said it), diablo i also never played...but i heard a lot of good stuff about it,

I liked Diablo the most,but Blizzard are makeing warcraft the only one.Well we''ll see StarCraft 2 and i hope it will crush the hegemony of the warcraft universe.

I'd say Warcraft, before the whole WoW stuff.
Warcraft 3 is awesome, gotta be one of my favourite RTS.
