This is a quote that is from no movie but resonates in my head from time to time.

Your in Army basic training.  The drill sergeants are all up in your ass constantly.  Your tired of them.  You are in your last FTX right before you are about to graduate after 10 grueling weeks.  The flesh on your feet are peeling because you just completed a 12 mile road march and the DS still haven't taught you the importance of fastening your gear as tightly as possible.  You have to learn that on your own.  And your drill sergeants are playing the bad guys

They rush you.

You recognize the drill sergeant who has been the toughest on you.  The one that made you do countless pushups in the hot sun, who made you do pt for so long in your bay that the walls sweat, the one that dumped all your shit out of your wall locker because it wasn't perfectly straight, and got your underwear mixed in with the other guys wall locker that had also been dumped right beside you.

You see this drill sergeant rushing toward you, screaming like a banshee firing his Ak47 filled with blanks and a laser (laser tag basically).

And somebody beside you, who also was toughened up by this drill sergeant shouts, "THAT IS DRILL SERGEANT CLAPP!  KILL THAT MOTHERf**kER!" and you let loose on your saw, and you fire 100 rounds at the sunuvabitch, and you laugh like a maniac when he falls in similated death after his laser sensor goes off a zillion times from direct hits.

Then a week later you graduate.  And you miss him.
