My initial reaction at the time was "That's cool"   I was 4 at the time, forgive me.

Well actually after that I used my pred toys and alien toys into battle, without the knowledge of there even being a comic book about them, hell I was excited when i saw the game for the SNES, that was my second taste of an actual AVP, besides what i mentioned above.
