well this is a silly question but do you guys fly out and meet the stars of the film and interview them in person or do you mail them a list of questions and answear it that sort of thing

No, no. I'd be bankrupt if I ever had to fly out to talk to all the folk I interview. It's done by email. I know other sites sometimes do it by phone too.
