pleas are hard to over turn plus lying to a federal officer is a serious offense in the states
so hopefully his appeal works and they can cut a better deal lets say 2 months at CLUB FED and a larger fine

John McTiernan going to prison? Hell no! He's a great director and I would want to see him direct Predator 3. If Stephen Hopkins is to be a substitute for that, it's great but we all do not know where he went!
