"I've got to be careful of what I say 'cause I actually have a nice relationship with 21st Century Fox... but I think they know how I feel."

Hopefully he'll come back to do an Alien 5 to reinvigorate the series like Batman Begins except not a restart a continuation of the story from the first movie.  A direct sequel, but not involving Ripley this time.

I personally dont think avp screwed up the franchise, yeah the movie wasnt the best but it didnt screw up the franchise.

It depends on your point of view.  It certainly altered the course of the franchise...it's up to the individual as to whether you prefer your Aliens & Predators solo or not.
