how can people say that alien 5 wont happen?

Nice trailer, Although i believe the AVP Series has bought an end to the Alien Franchise, If they are going to do anything to the Franchise it would be a remake(Dear God PLEASE NO REMAKE)

So what story was the trailer supposed to be telling that alien 5 would go out into space and then find another alien ship or something. Just asking because we all wanted it to go the alien home world and stuff and the origin of the alien.

With Weaver ducking out, it has a strong sense of finality. Cameron and Scott also have no strong urgency to cash in. That's the problem with credible people; they only want to do good stuff, and only when it's convenient for them.

The AVP movies are no reason to shut out the Alien part of the franchise. Sure a lot of people have doubts that an alien 5 could exist but personally I would prefer them to make another alien movie without the Predators. Alien 5 > AvP3 any day. Kinda sick of us having to rely on something that hunts us for fun.
