Weird ALIENS Game.

I have no idea what it is. I am thinking its a mod of some sort.

Seems to be Aliens Online, the massively-multiplayer FPS game from many years ago.

Yeah I remember that game and I got the same response on Gearbox Forums. At first I thought it was A:O but the weapons all looks so detailed.

Even though it's been closed down for many years you can still play it offline.

Yep, those weapon sprites are straight out of AO, although it does have a few that were removed or banned from the game prior to the release that I have, so thanks for the find.
