I do chew it. I'd even drink water to see if it could be watered down but it doesn't help at all. One time I even tried taking small bites and chewing longer, but it didn't make any difference. It's not quite choking but it feels like it, there is a lot of pain in the throat area, breathing feels more difficult, saliva just builds up in the throat and somewhat in the mouth (not an obnoxious foaming though) and there is some sort of hiccupping involved too, and on top of all that I feel like vomiting, but never do. I also get this huge headache along with it.
This only ever happens when I go to McDonalds, no where else in my 23 years of eating all sorts of other junk, therefore I blame McDonalds (It's big macs to be more precise).
