It isn't designed for inspection, it's designed for silhouette, harsh contrast and dismemberment.

Correct, I'd been looking at wasps and worms all day, and wasp sounds scarier than worm haha. It's loosely based on various IRL bugs and the under-dome plates The Runner already has. And the old idea of it having ridges/holes that whistled eerily as it sped along.
