Best pic of an Alien

That's the problem I have with some of you here. Like there's some issue with doing something different.

With the right director and crew, anything can be scary. It doesn't have to be the exact same thing as the original, from now until forever to be scary, or successful.

Would be nice if it actually looked like an Alien, but.

Don't apologize for liking something different. If you thought it looked cool, that's you prerogative.

It's a cool picture. It's a neat design. But it's a terrible Alien.

"Terrible Alien" according to who? You? Other Aliens have taken offense to that depiction of them? What makes it terrible? Because it doesn't look exactly like the original design? Why does it have to look exactly like the original?

Why was the first film successful? Because it was more the the Alien's appearance.

It doesn't. But it doesn't even look like an Alien. A long smooth head and an oversized mouth do not an Alien make. It's like showing a drawing of a shark that looks like an eel and getting prissy when people say "Looks cool, but it doesn't really look like a shark".

I really like the second one. Is this the first time we've had such a clear view of the mural alien design? That's what it looks like.
