I've always liked the background in your avatar pic, but that Alien's head looks really big.

There's a notable piece of Warhammer 40k art which looks very similar to that, substituting a Genestealer for the xeno. But I'm sure Games Workshop would never rip off a single little thing from Aliens, especially not for the Tyranids...
