Why is there 2 versions of setting the queen free?

One lets her out of her "cage", and the other lets her out of the base.

It's been said many times it's the lighting. There's another video featuring her and she looks way more darker.

Im not buying it.
Watch the free the Queen video again, and pause it at about 1:00.
I see no lights that would make her appear that color.
I honestly think they just wanted her to look that way.
I'm not saying its bad...just a bit unusual.

Eeehhh... you seem to be right, but I guess we won't know entirly unless we get more footage or we get the game.

She has white lights beneath her and she has the same color in the both scenarios though it looks like there is different lighting in those 2 scenarios. As long as she is black it's not a big deal.

Easy. Marines are always the good guys, the bad corporate guys send in the combat androids. There is a screenshot of Carl Weyland saying "Send in the combat synthetics"

Well obviously they're corporate/W.Y. synthetics like from AVP 2. They want the aliens at any cost like in the movies and will stop anybody from getting in their way including marines. So there you go.
