Cant really tell if it is a Queen, but its certainly a weird looking alien.

Also...it seems the main Queen really is a brown color.

The queen is not a mutant, she is just scarred and disfigured from many centuries of abuse.  Also I think she looks that color because of the lighting.  She looks black in another part of the video.

I wasn't suggesting she was a mutant, but that alien they show in the beginning of the vid is definitely something we haven't seen yet.
As for the Queen...from what I remember there wasn't any fire or anything around to alter the light. It looks to me like she has been released and that's just her color. I do hope that it is just lighting tho...as she looks rather odd in that color.

I find the model looks almost exactly like a queen but rebellion did say (don't remember the article) that there would be new aliens in the game.
