I've heard that the Predalien is not going to be an MP skin.  Can you please shed some light on this Ikarop?

Unlike the Praetorian, the Predalien is significantly larger than other Aliens. In AvP'99, the Praetorian wasn't much larger than other Aliens, it just had a large crest and was more formidable.

I wish people would read the threads a little more.
It's common sense already they wouldn't have to remain faithful to the size of the thing for MP ... I remember someone mentionning the example of Raam in Gears of War, too. Which was a good example.
They have to keep all the characters the same size for MP, but that doesn't mean they can't use their basic look.
Beside, we already saw a MP Praetorian model, and it was the same size as any common Alien. Why couldn't the Predalien be so too ?
There are even more reasons to believe it's gonna be a MP skin since it's gonna play a part in SP. Mark my words.

As I pointed out, Rebellion's interpretation of the Praetorian isn't significantly larger than other Aliens.

Not significantly bigger still means bigger than a common Alien.
And the MP version of the Praetorian is not.

The aliens have so few skins as it is.
They need to include it.

aliens don't need so many skins.  they aren't so diverse in appearance like the Zerg in starcraft.   too many alien skins would just make them look like a rock band.
