First impressions:

Seems like straight on gunfire stops you in your tracks literally.

Why would you ever fight straight on as an Alien.  Being able to see through walls means infinite ability to flank.

Looks outrageously fun.

Nah, not really. I was just referring to what a lot of people do when they lack experience/knowledge of both operating systems: macs are better looking, that's a fact, and some people base their purchase of one off of that.

Yeah, it certainly seems so.
By the way, are the Alien's hands somehow different?
I think the animation of the slashes has also changed a bit.

In almost all the videos it seems like the players are just running in circles shooting,
slashing, ... at things that cross their path... running into walls, falling of from places,
no signs of any kind of sneaking, stalting, ... nothing...

Why might this be ??

A. Because they are playing at some event and there are other people breathing
down their necks...

B. Because they are playing FPS game on Console and this is simple the best you
can expect...

C. Because those playing are "hardcore" PC players trying to play on console...

D. Because there is something seriously wrong with the controls...
