One ultra strict, nation wide one followed partial easing over two months, then a few more regional mid level ones. Obviously having a physical border made it easier, but Australia isn't exactly famous for being landlocked so there's no (good) reason they can't do the same. I'm actually perplexed as to what your problem is or why you're scaremongering.

Scaremongering

If you trust your goverment, then good for you.

The Republicans are getting more public about vaccinations because the anti-vax portion of their constituency is gonna start dying off and taking their votes with them. Just like the Democrats are scrambling to pin the "defund the police" movement on the Republicans.

It's all just damage control.

Just saw an article about several fully vaccinated US students catching Rona and all of them are symptomathic.
And another one that said 9 outta 10 people in their 30's have anti-bodies. Think this one was about the UK or part of it.

You want to actually share these articles?

Yeah, that'll happen. The vaccine drastically lowers chance of getting infected, but it's not guaranteed. You can still get infected.

The delta variant is newer than the vaccine, and so the vaccines are slightly less effective against it. The real worrying part is if people start getting hospitalised -- not infected, not symptomatic, but majorly, mortally ill -- when infected with strains of COVID the vaccine was actually developed for. Then you've got a faulty vaccine.

The Lambra variant is worrisome because its not getting the coverage of Delta.

I just noticed this sounds similar to the name of fraternities and sororities

X amount of years from now we'll have this variant.

Sounds like we are talking about cuisine.

I wish Lambra was Lambart strain. Then everyone would be worried.
