But I had hard tome revisiting the same scenes over and over with only some variation; made it feel lovr budget to mr. I get why Scott had to, but the execution missed what Groundhog Day and Esge of Tommorrow did well. Again IMHO.

I get why Scott had to, but the execution missed what Groundhog Day and Esge of Tommorrow did well. Again IMHO. That's the beauty of it. It's not exactly the same scenes over and over again. It's the same events seen again from differing perspectives. There's a lot of subtlety involved so repeat viewings are necessary.Like Blade Runner, the more you watch it, the better it gets.

Quote from: World of ReelThere's buzz of a possible trailer drop for Ridley Scott's "Gladiator II" this coming week at CinemaCon. That would make a lot of sense given the CBS and Paramount have already installed artwork for the film in Vegas (above). Also, knowing how fast-paced Scott is with post-production work, I wouldn't be surprised if the sequel is already in the can. "Gladiator II" is set for release on November 22, and, yes, it looks like that will be the official title.https://www.worldofreel.com/blog/2024/4/7/gladiator-ii-trailer-this-week
