Now my only question is, did the guy who made this use actual molds barrowed from the Stand Winston Studios? Or does he work for them?

yeah, wow! just... wow. i've seen a lot of customs and a lot of replicas, and that is as professional as you can get. this guys got some money and some good friends! this is what my goal is when i'm older.

I HAVE one of the Busts, and I wish it was a full 42" maquette/statue!

I cannot say much, but that full 42" statue is VERY acurate to the SWS study piece.  Who ever made is really did well.

That is all I can say about it.

That being said, the 1/4 scale Queen bust is "very niiice".
