I have not, but had been told a few months ago that the Xeno was 3D scanned at Legacy Effects by NECA to start sculpting the figure.

Good, that means it should be detailed quite well and have accurate proportions to the puppet at least. The possibility of better proportions is what excites me the most. Hope this figure will be one of their best Alien ones.
