What the original does sort of relies on the crew. If Wolf's alone on the Nostromo it's entirely possible he'd never encounter the Alien; it never really went looking for a fight.

Wolf wouldd let out a war cry and just stand around waiting for the alien to strike. When it does, Wolf would let it get the first hit and still dominate it easily. In fact  Wolf is such a badass hunter he'd probably take no weapons and kill it with his bare hands, breaking t's neck so it doesn't bleed anywhere but even if it did wolf's pheremones are so strong they neutralize alien acid instantly so he's got nothing to worry about.

You called it.

Wolf would f**k Kane's Son into a state of morose, reflective remission. The two would share an uneasy, abusive relationship where Wolf watched WY TV and received sandwiches and backrubs from Kane's Son, in exchange for that Predator ding ding, then, after a 3 year relationship aboard the adrift Nostromo, Wolf would break up with Kane's Son.

It would be the most devastating hunt ever conceived in the annals of Predator history.

Although if Wolf replaces the Nostromos crew that means Wolf gets face hugged and chestbursted and dies... which would also make Kanes son Wolf's Bitch Predalien. He'd lose before the battle even starts.
