As well as hallways, chambers, bodies, pods full of black ooze, chairs, walls that change, the outside of the temple, equipment, and if done right, the Prometheus.

No map. unless it was pertinant to the story.  But then who cares about the story, we are dealing with JCs Aliens. The same in which spawned the Kenner toys. So unless there was a great story, then i don't see it done right.

Tons of games have maps that have nothing to do with the plot of the game.

The way I see it, if the map plays well and provides that intense, edge-of-seat feeling I got the first time I watched Aliens; I don't really give a flying f*ck in a rolling donut if it's created completely from scratch... No offence.

Wouldn't mind a MP map of the Engineers pilot room or the ample room though.

I don't think weve seen the engineer pilot room in any of the videos but we did see the egg chamber. So i think somewhere high above this room is the acid melted opening to the cockpit room. It must have been modeled already.
I'm getting hungry for this game just thinking about it.

The pilot room was already modeled. It will appear in the game.
