Those could be Hornets actually, which would be great, falcons were cool but they became more artillery than transport in multiplayer with the turrets. In Halo 3 you could fly the hornet to the flag get the guy in, grab the flag, and take it back then repeat 2 more times really quickly if you had a good pilot

Unless they changed the falcon so it can carry 5 people, like in the campaign mode. Two gunners, two passengers, one driver.

That's pretty cool. I heard the 343 guys were a diverse bunch, but didn't know there was a Retro connection. Could well explain some of the smoother, rounder and shinier designs.

They're definitely Falcons, the wingspan, length, and propellers all add up.

Personally, prefer the name Halo 4 to halo Infinity for this game. But the Infinity does open up some interesting possibilities for other games in the series, like ODST or Reach were to the original trilogy.
