So the more expensive version gives you extra maps...? I hate it when they add game-changing content to the more expensive editions as opposed to purely aesthetic stuff like armor, because I feel like I'm missing out on a part of the game if I get the regular version...

The the maps will likely be released on he marketplace,  so I'm not sure if I can justify another $40. It does look really nice though, and I have enough time to make up my mind between now and November

Yeah, I just read the article, and now its really tempting me. Sounds really cool...though it may look out of place with the regular editions of all of the other games

But really, now I'm actually considering getting this edition

Where's the Legendary Edition?

In any case (no pun intended), the casing is lovely and all, but I'm disappointed that there's no "Making of Halo 4" type stuff. I don't think Halo 3's Legendary Edition can be topped for stuff like that.

Hey guys, a department store by my apartment is closing down and has two copies of Halo: Reach LE for $88. Should I grab one? Yes I do own the game but, I really want that statue and those little extras would be pretty sweet.

That's probably as cheap as its going to get, so if you really want it I'd say buy it.

If you end up getting it, Halsey's Journal is an excellent read. I didn't get the LE but ordered that book online, and I loved it

Indeed. This will be the first time we see him with other Spartans (outside the books and other EU stuff).
