No, multiplayer's just cheaper and easier for developers to make. Not script, no quality voice acting, no expansive game world, just make a few maps and let the players populate it.

  I don't buy many games because I find them to be a bit too expensive for my liking. I bloody well love a good campaign but I do also like to buy a game I'm going to come back to time and time again. Doom isn't going to be that for me.

Just finished Uncharted 4. Amazing. I didn't think it was quite as good as the second, but Uncharted 2's basically my favourite game of all time so I'm not surprised there. Definitely the second best in the series though.

I love the characters in these games!

Yep. And it's actually scary-ish in places. Like, f**k the V. rex.

And those centipedes that just attack your face out of nowhere, best unintentional jump scare mechanic in any game ever.

Yeah, I've been jump scared by a number of monsters who are just outside my field of view. I got killed by the first Venatosaurus because hid in the stone hut thing and it sneak attacked me when I peaked out.
