It kinda bothers me a little bit but I still love the movie to death so overall it doesn't really bother me

A fair point that I've never really thought about.  It still manages to be pretty violent  - the penthouse for instance - even though a lot of the deaths are obscured.

Not at all. There's plenty on screen and any more would start making it cartoonish.

It's not an issue. If anything it gives a mythical mysterious element.

Agreed, it's the tension and sense of menace I like more than blood and gore.

Sometimes, knowing is more frightening than seeing. The mind can come up with things far more terrifying than anything that could be shown on screen. Just like King Willie's death. The buildup was scary, the fight was likely quick and uneventful.
