Quills missing on the Predator

I was more referencing Tom Woodruff as he and someone else (forget their name) explained why they made the dreads longer which was to make the leading character more "romantic".  But no, longer dreads are not at all an issue.

I don't think the Empire still of the maskless Predator looked bad, though the missing quills/eyebrows is disappointing. Maybe it's just that particular Predator or that picture.

True, but to be fair the magnificent Paul Anderson asked them to do it this way, a more friendly/heroic/less agressive face... You can retrieve articles of Anderson specifically mentioning that...

yeah paul anderson downplayed the predators because he was more of an alien fan.

I always associated quills with elder Preds because of the crazy quills on the elder in AVP, so I just assume the captive Pred isn't that old.
