What made you happy today?

Nope.

We get excessive heat and humidity here. It makes people pissy, and it's uncomfortable. I like my grey and quiet days. Everything and everyone seems much more peaceful. Your eyes are more comfortable, your body is more comfortable, and the world has a slower pace.

That and the sound of the wind relaxes me.

I guess I'd understand if I didn't live where it only gets hot for two months.

It stays hot here through November. When you have so many days with 98% humidity at like 100° , you want the wind to come and blow it all away. Gorgeous land, but you can wear the air here during the summer.

If I could live in a place where it was 70 degrees fahrenheit all the time I'd be happy.

We get about a month of those days in the spring and a month in the fall where the weather is perfect, and then it is either too hot or too cold and it sucks. 


A history of migraines has left my eyes sensitive to light so I prefer an overcast day that is warm but not hot.
