What made you happy today?

I usually can't sleep during the day unless I'm very tired or stressed, like after working several shifts without sleep or dealing with medical emergencies or a bereavement. I couldn't help it today because my cat woke me up nearly 3 hours before I was supposed to get up for work, and I just couldn't get back to sleep. So when I curled up under those warm blankets, I was done for.

My car insurance has dropped by almost a hundred quid this year.

Although that probably means I'm now considered old and boring
