I like the idea of Amanda Ripley going to search for her mother and finding the xenomorph instead. I just hope they don't try to shoehorn relatives to other characters. The aforementioned Burke Sr. would make my eyes roll out of my head.

That could be a plot...the previous science officer was a friend of Dallas. Years later he discover's special order 937 and takes it upon himself/herself to investigate what happened? Enlists help from Ripley's daughter.
