If I had this in my dining room I'd be f*cking rich!
You know that you can buy those?

But I know a lucky girl who recently had a shooting there:

Yes, and?

Or are you trying to say that Giger fans are almost exclusively male and girls only get near such things for money?

Yes

Well no but it's not really worth the risk is it, Giegers artwork is iffy even for some fans of the film and art enthusiasts in general, and shit like that as cool as it could be mis-interperated so easily.

I don't wanna discuss this endlessly. I don't think that we can agree on a general truth here.
Let me just say that at least one of the girls is a huge Giger fan and I wouldn't be so sure about any significant money flow in such an offbeat shooting.
Having heard a bit about the surroundings of that shoot I'd say it was more about artistic expression and the love for Giger's work.

Xenomorphine

I know several attractive art-inclined ladies who are just as fascinated by Giger's aesthetic as me. :)

Natasha Henstridge did some photographic shoots for Giger, back when she featured as his Sil creation, for 'Species', around this furniture:

There's an awesome one she did of her wearing the spiked tongue prosthetic, from the same time, but I can't find it.
