I'll warn you now, the stuff actually involving the three main characters is kinda generic if I'm honest. It's certainly not bad, but at the same time it isn't really anything particularly special. Where the show really shines is everything else that's going on around the main trio. The world-building and some of the sub-plots were simply amazing. Easily good enough for me to forgive it's less inspired main thread and pass it off as first season shakes.
