I don't see how. The article made it pretty clear that lolicon wasn't being included. They only made it illegal to own actual child pornography. I don't see how anyone could disagree with that. Lolicon and actual kiddie porn are two hugely different things. I'm glad they showed some sense and actually addressed them as such. Whether or not lolicon should be legal/illegal is an entirely different matter.
